90 minutes is a wonderful amount of time to address any areas of pain and stiffness as well as including a full body massage. Deep tissue and relaxation techniques can be customized to bring deeper relief from pain and a deeper calm to the nervous system. Long, slow techniques help bring calm to the body and mind. 2 Hour Massage - $150

It may seem like a lot, but you will be so surprised at the level of relaxation and relief of muscle tension that is possible in two hours of hands on massage. Deep tissue and relaxation techniques are used to customize the massage to relax the nervous system, mind, and muscles. Clients often request extra time devoted to certain areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, and feet. Spend focused attention on multiple problem areas while still enjoying a full body massage. Hot Towels - $5

Hot towels can be used to focus damp heat, soothing an area of pain. Or, when placed in multiple places, they can bring a more full body relaxation for the nervous system. (Hot therapies can not be added to Pregnancy massage)

Inspire your mood and your mind by adding aromatherapy cream to your massage. Choose from scents like Comfort, Stress Relief, and Energize. (Therapies with essential oils can not be added to Pregnancy massage)

Sweet Feet Treatment - $20

Get your feet smooth and smelling sweet. This treatment includes a sugar foot scrub to get your feet silky smooth. Then hot towels and Lume Natural soap to get your feet clean and fresh. And to finish, Lume deodorant lotion will moisturize and keep your feet smelling fresh for up to 72 hours. Choose from scents like Lavender Sage, Clean Tangerine, Silver Spruce, or go with the Unscented.
